Nuts

In Italian"Noci" (the meaning is more like "Walnuts") ; it derives from Latin "Nux"(that's why "Nut" in English). Now, what about "Nociception"?

"Nociception" in English, is the perception of pain (Not the perception of nuts.:).

It comes from Latin "Nocere" (Italian "Nuocere") meaning "To Arm".

The morale of the fable? Even if you are a nut try not to arm anybody...

Pier.
