"Pronto"in Italian means "Ready" and it's usually used to answer the telephone (Do you remember these old days..).

"Fresco"in Italian is "Affresco" while "Al Fresco" means "In the fresh" or "In jail"..

"Pepperoni Pizza" is a pizza with green peppers.

A "Consigliere" is a "City Councillor"or a judge.

The Latin expression "Quid pro quo" means "a mistake" or "a misunderstanding".

In order to indicate the English equivalent of "Quid pro quo" in Italian we must use the Latin expression "Do ut des".
